MS Accountants
A dated website underselling a rare practice: a chartered accountant who is also a qualified lawyer.

Tyson Kaye repositioned MS Accountants, a Sydney practice led by a chartered accountant who is also a qualified lawyer, and built the premium website to match: one adviser who can read a contract and the numbers behind it, presented to win high-value clients.
[01.] The leak
The practice had something almost no competitor could claim. One principal, two professions: chartered accountant and qualified lawyer. The old website said none of it. It read like every other suburban accounting firm, so the clients it attracted were priced like every other suburban accounting firm. The most valuable fact about the business was invisible at the exact moment prospects were deciding who to trust.
[02.] The build
A complete repositioning before a single screen was designed. The dual qualification became the spine of the site: one adviser who can read a contract and the numbers behind it. Then a new premium website built around that claim, with the restraint and typography of a firm that charges properly. Every page written to win high-value clients, not to describe services.
[03.] The result
The practice now presents at the calibre it operates at. Enquiries arrive pre-sold on the thing that makes the firm different, which changes the first conversation from price to fit. The website finally matches the practice, and it was built to keep winning the clients the old site quietly turned away.
